    1. Click on Service on the menu Bar

    2. The Support screen is displayed with three tabs:

    3. Tracking

      The items are :
          Date, Actor, Large account name, Customer account name, Description.

      The filters are :

      • Column  title & the grey arrow at the left.
      • Search Field is a free text search.
      • Calendar icon to select a Period.
      • Export button to Export to xls datas.
    4. Service User Management

      The items are :
          Email, Login, First Name, Last Name.

      The filters are :

      • Column  title & the grey arrow at the left.  
      • Add User button for the Service User creation.
    5. History

      The items are :
          Date, Release Name, Release Content.

      The filters are :

      • Column  title & the grey arrow at the left.  
      • Search Field is a free text search.
