    Yes.  You have the ability to sort report data based on Date; Postage Used; Average Cost per Piece; and Pieces Processed. 
    Data can be sorted by ascending or descending value.
    Both NeoStats Basic and NeoStats Enhanced data can be exported  to EXCEL, CSV, or PDF formats.
    No. NeoStats data is available:
    • After a mailrun has been completed and the data has been uploaded to the Neopost USA servers. 
    • Once a generic call has been made on the mailing system. 1 to 3 hours after the generic call has been made.
    Remember, the data will not automatically update on an hourly/daily/weekly basis unless the end users performs a generic call on the mailing system.

    The “Accounting without Activity” feature, allows you to display the total number of pieces processed against an account, including those accounts that may have not been used during a specific time period.

    • This allows your reports to display all activity against all accounts.  This feature typically comes in handy when the report data is exported into EXCEL and matched against a general ledger.  By displaying all accounts and activity (even where there is no activity) – the order and number of accounts remains constant.  By de-selecting this button, you will only view accounts that have been used.  In turn, if the report data is then exported, the account order will not be in line with the general ledger.

    There are three NeoStats packages including:

    Yes.  If Operator #1 has a MyNeopost account and is set up as the NeoStats Admin, he/she can provide access to another individual under the “portal manage users section”.  This will allow the 2nd end user to login to his/her own MyNeopost account and view the same NeoStats information as operator #1.
    • Identify potential cost savings by analyzing postage spend by account / department / postage class and /or operator.
    • Increase efficiency and eliminate errors associated with manual postage reconciliation. Recoup processing costs by charging back postage expenses to specific accounts
    • Reconcile postage dollars down to 1/100 of a cent.
    Trend Reports provide postage expense detail including:
    Total Number of Pieces Processed; Total Amount of Postage Spent: Average Cost Per Piece,  for the following:
    • Overall Meter Activity •  Breakdown by Mail Service • Breakdown by Account • Breakdown by Operator • Breakdown by Mail Class
    Yes. NeoStats data can be archived by simply exporting the data to a excel file and saving it on your PC.
