    You should log as a supervisor.

    You should open one of the 3 Data Base with the icon below

  3. Procedure

     

    1. Large Account

      The items are :

      Status

      Green V if the account is valid
      Red X if the account is desactived. . 
      Timer if it's a not authorized number, you can only Delete the account edition

      Large account ID  Number and Text field Delete or valid with OK
      Large account name
      User  Email, First Name, Last Name, User role, Hierarchy level
      Customer account  Status, ERP customer number, custom account name, Meter

      The filters are :

      • Column  title & the grey arrow at the left.
      • Add Account button
    2. Single Account

      The items are :

      Status

      Green V if the account is valid
      Red X if the account is desactived. . 
      Timer if it's a not authorized number, you can only Delete the account edition

      ERP Customer account number

       Number and Text field Delete or valid with OK

      Customer account name
      Statistics level  Full or Free
      Meter Serial Number
       
      User
       Email, First Name, Last Name

      • Add Account button
    3. Service Account

      The items are : in the Service User Management tab

          Email, Login, First Name, Last Name

      The filters are :

      • Column  title & the grey arrow at the left.
      • Add User button,
