    No.  NeoStats currently consists of predefined report templates only.
    Yes. NeoStats data can be archived by simply exporting the data to a excel file and saving it on your PC.
    Yes.  You have the ability to sort report data based on Date; Postage Used; Average Cost per Piece; and Pieces Processed. 
    Data can be sorted by ascending or descending value.
    NeoStats data by default, is set up to refresh on a monthly basis.  This is done with a statistics upload that takes place on your mailing system 1x per month.  Typical stastistics uploads are done after midnight between the 1st and 4th of every month. If you need data on a more frequent basis, simply perform a generic call on the mailing system.
    NeoStats Basic is a free app that is available on all IS/IM/IN Series mailing systems.
    NeoStats Basic consists of one report, for a single mailing system, that provides the following information:
    • Total postage dollars spent by month.
    • Total pieces processed for the current month.
    • Most commonly used postal rate for the current month.

    No. NeoStats data is available:
    • After a mailrun has been completed and the data has been uploaded to the Neopost USA servers. 
    • Once a generic call has been made on the mailing system. 1 to 3 hours after the generic call has been made.
    Remember, the data will not automatically update on an hourly/daily/weekly basis unless the end users performs a generic call on the mailing system.

    Yes. The NeoStats Application runs directly from your MyNeopost account.  Without a MyNeopost account, you will not be able to activate the application.
